I read Kos's diary bemoaning turnout by the base, and some of the comments here doing the same. All seem to have the same point: unless the DC Dem leadership does something to jazz up the base, we're through.
My question is: what would that be? For the sake of discussion, I'll ask you to name the 3 o 4 things you think would get base voters pumped up. I'll post a follow up discussing things named in the thread below.
